What happens if I exceed my user limit?
You can add more users at any time through the settings panel. For Starter, you will be charged a prorated fee to upgrade your seat count. For Enterprise, volume discounts apply for larger teams.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The pricing listed is flat-rate. There are no transaction fees, no per-record fees, and no fees for adding new data sources or connectors (within plan limits).
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Changes to your plan take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You can upgrade immediately to access new features, and downgrade at the end of your current month.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes, switching to an annual billing cycle provides a 20% discount compared to monthly payments. This discount is applied automatically when you select the Annual option in the pricing toggle.
Is there a free trial available?
Absolutely. All new users can start a 14-day free trial with full access to the Professional plan features. No credit card is required to sign up.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with Sonus within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, we offer a no-questions-asked full refund.
Does the Professional plan include SSO?
No, SSO (SAML 2.0) is an Enterprise-only feature. The Professional plan focuses on unlimited data connectors and advanced anomaly detection for internal teams.
Can I use this for personal projects?
Sonus is designed for business use cases and teams. We do not offer individual consumer plans at this time, but we are happy to discuss custom enterprise licensing for larger organizations.
