Precision
We don't guess. Every signal we surface is backed by statistical rigor and verified against historical baselines.
We founded Sonus because we were tired of drowning in noise. We built a platform to hear the signal.
Five years ago, Sarah Chen and David Okonjo were senior analysts at a Fortune 500 logistics firm. They spent 80% of their time building dashboards that no one looked at, and 20% of their time manually hunting for anomalies that had already cost the company millions.
They realized the problem wasn't a lack of data—it was a lack of signal. The tools they had were designed to report on the past, not predict the future. Frustrated by the status quo, they quit to build something better.
Sonus was born in a small co-working space in San Francisco, fueled by coffee, open-source code, and a singular mission: to give data teams the tools to stop reporting and start acting.
"Data should speak. We make sure you can hear it."
We don't guess. Every signal we surface is backed by statistical rigor and verified against historical baselines.
We explain the "why" behind every alert. Our narratives are grounded in the actual data, not assumptions.
We obsess over the details of the user experience. A great tool should feel invisible and intuitive.
We believe in doing less, but doing it better. We avoid feature bloat to keep our platform focused on signal.
